Bottom fishing is safe as long as you have plan and basis for it.
ISM might have hit already its bottom and the probability for it to bounce is seen with the direction CCI which is pointing up and nearing the -100 level
If ever it bounce the target price that i will wait for is around 1.52
CAL is somehow sitting already to its support and i think the support is best way to buy the stock
At he same time the probability for it to bounce is getting high , esp with the last candle that is bullish
CCI is very near the -100 level but the direction is quite uncertain or it is in sideways movement.
