The price action might be trigger by the catalyst disclosure of now around 4pm, March 13,2017
The catalyst can be a good news but what will be the reaction of the trading public, would this be the chance for NOW corp to be the third telco, will the price go up this week esp tomorrow or it will be a sell on NEWS catalyst. Will TATA Communication use NOW as a shell company to be the third telco which is being pursue by the DU30 government?

Currently the price close near 0.618 of fibonacci retracement
The candle is still above the cloud and it looks bullish
Even with a high sell volume, the price still manage to stay at positive day change
CCI is above 200 level and pointing down but again the cci still bullish as long as its above +100 lvl
Buy near 3.13 to 3.20, kapg naghabol ka magingat ka
SELL above/near 3.50 | 4.0 or better
